Spark of Love Toy Drive Still Thriving

There's still time to spread holiday cheer to your neighbors in need

After another successful Spark of Love Toy Drive Storytime event, the City of Rancho Cucamonga encourages residents to perpetuate the spirit of generosity and continue donating to this year's drive. Toys collected are donated to children in need throughout Rancho Cucamonga.

Collection bins are available at several locations for donations of new, unwrapped toys and sports equipment. Bins are stationed at Rancho Cucamonga Fire Stations across the city, as well as Rancho Cucamonga's libraries. Toys can be donated right up until Santa's great journey across the world. Fire Stations will accept donations until December 24, and bins will remain in the libraries until December 21. Why not plan a special trip with friends and family and bring a toy to help give kids in need a brighter holiday?

The Spark of Love Toy Drive has brought Christmas magic to kids in need since 2004. Last year alone, more than 500,000 toys were donated across Southern California. More than 9 million gifts have been donated over the past 20 years. The City of Rancho Cucamonga is proud of the efforts its firefighters and residents make to participate in this wonderful cause.
